Alison Reiff-Martin, CPA, CEPA
Alison has 30+ years of experience from Staff Accountant to CFO to CPA/Entrepreneur. She loves telling your and your business's story through numbers.
As a wife and mom to two kids, she enjoys spending time with family and taking her dog, Violet, on her daily walk. She also loves, nay adores, dad jokes and puns.
A classic CPA joke is "Why did the CPA cross the road? To bore people on the other side", but that is not the case with Alison. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and going beyond the role of just the CPA. She enjoys educating clients on best practices in finance, tax and accounting along with ways to improve their business's finances. She says numbers are her passion and "that's how 'eye' roll". Hee Hee!
Bookkeeper
Penny
Penny McCarthy is a seasoned bookkeeper with a track record of over 22 years in the field. She particularly enjoys the opportunity to unravel the intricate puzzle of numbers and ensure her clients' books are impeccably accurate and delivered promptly.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Penny's personal life is equally fulfilling. She has been happily married to her loving husband, Shawn, for an impressive 42 years. Their enduring partnership is a testament to their shared values and unwavering commitment to one another.
When not solving her client's puzzles or spending time with her husband, Penny enjoys working in the yard and spending time with her fur babies. Her two pups, Mugsy and Mandy, are the best office mates she could ask for! Penny also has three of the world's cutest cats. One of them, Shae, takes on the role of her trusty bookkeeping assistant. Shea can often be found perched on the desk or claiming 'her' chair, providing her insightful two cents throughout the day.

Georgia is a recent Texas A&M graduate and soon-to-be SMU Law student. She has immensely enjoyed the opportunity to watch this small business expand over the past year and is honored that Alison has trusted her with this position.
